We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the RSPCA Shop, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Every purchase supports our mission to prevent cruelty and promote kindness to animals.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a return authorization and receive your unique reference code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in an unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Send the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or scheduled courier pick-up point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
